Not everyone wants to fill in a form alone. Mego Agents meet people in person, register and verify their profile for them, and guide them through the platform — earning rewards as the profiles they bring onboard become active members.

We collect only what's needed to build and verify your profile and to process a subscription if you choose one. We don't run third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, we don't sell your data to anyone, and your contact details stay hidden from other members until you choose to unlock them.
- Payments are handled directly by Razorpay — we never see your card or bank details.
- Government ID numbers (for agent-assisted sign-ups) are stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text.
- You can delete your account and data from the app at any time.

Is Mego Matrimony really free?
Yes. Browsing profiles and sending interest costs nothing. A subscription is only needed to view a match's contact details or to chat — that's the only part that's paid.
How is the horoscope match calculated?
We use the traditional 10-factor Dasa Koota (Thirumana Porutham) system — Rasi, Gana, Nadi, Yoni and more — scored between you and a profile you view, not a generic star-sign guess.
What is a Mego Agent?
A Mego Agent is someone who helps register and verify profiles in person, for people who'd rather have a human guide them through sign-up than do it alone. See the section above to get in touch about becoming one.
How do you verify profiles are real?
Every member takes a quick selfie during sign-up, which we match against their profile photo. It's a one-time check to keep fake profiles off the platform.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, at any time, from Settings inside the app. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what a few legal/accounting records require us to retain.
Do you sell my data to advertisers?
No. We don't run third-party ad-tracking or analytics SDKs, and we don't sell personal data to anyone — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail of what we collect and why.
