Child Safety Standards
Our zero-tolerance commitment to protecting children from abuse and exploitation on Mego Agent.

Mego Agent is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, and any other form of abuse involving children.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Mego Agent strictly prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or attempting to sexually exploit minors
- Solicitation or inappropriate communication involving minors
- Sharing, uploading, requesting, or distributing CSAM
- Any other activity that exploits or endangers children
Any account found to be involved in such activities may be immediately suspended or permanently removed.
2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report child safety concerns directly through the Mego Agent application using the in-app reporting mechanism.
Users should provide as much relevant information as possible, including the profile, account, message, or content associated with the concern.
Mego Agent reviews reported concerns and takes appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the report.
3. Action Against Violations
When Mego Agent identifies or receives a report involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, appropriate action may include:
- Reviewing the reported account or content
- Restricting or suspending the account
- Permanently terminating the account
- Removing prohibited content
- Preserving relevant information where appropriate
- Cooperating with lawful investigations
- Reporting suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or organizations where required by applicable law
4. Prevention and Safety Measures
Mego Agent takes reasonable measures to prevent the platform from being used for child sexual exploitation or abuse.
These measures include:
- User reporting mechanisms
- Account and content moderation
- Investigation of reported safety concerns
- Enforcement of applicable platform policies
- Account suspension or termination for violations
- Cooperation with relevant authorities when legally required
5. Cooperation With Authorities
Mego Agent complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
Where required by applicable law, suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation may be reported to the appropriate regional or national authorities and relevant organizations.
Mego Agent will cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities concerning child safety investigations.
